Team Guy: 3 Reasons

Okay, so basically with the most recent chapter of Naruto, Guy finally gets much deserved screentime, and Kisame's presence becomes known. And there are a lot of fans (myself included) who are terrified that Kishi may have simply brought Guy there to have Kisame kill him, either by just killing him, or forcing him to open all eight gates. I hope that doesn't happen. With everything I am, I hope that does not happen. You can beat the crap out of Guy as much as you want. You can push him to the brink of death and have fun with it. But killing him, is off limits! So pretty much this is just about three very good reasons Kishi has not to kill him off.

About the picture itself, I'm trying to get better at speech bubble placement, and shading when it comes to characters. So this was practice in that as well. ^^ I also really wanted to do Neji's eyes activated, but I need more practice in getting them to look right, so for now he's just ready to get them started, rather than have them going. Not quite sure how Kishi really looks, I've only seen him on a youtube video once and random icons around DA, so I hope I got it at least somewhat good. And I know I messed up on little parts of Tenten and Neji's costumes, that's what I get from trying to draw them from memory. Not much else to say, except, yes, in the last panel, the I did decide against a background color. I just thought it made them pop more. If anyone looks close enough to to the comic page he's working on, I put two pictures in from Guy and Kisame's previous fight where Kisame hit Guy and blood came out of his mouth. I hope that's okay. (also really hope the pictures not blurry. For some reason they seem to come out like that sometimes. *headdesk*)
