Tenten: Thanks for the catch! Now lets go kick some adult butt!

Done for :iconshinoxtentenfc: ‘s contest with the theme being AU.

KND ShinoTen!

Tenten: A highly trained operative who knows everything there is about 2X4 weapons technology. Specially trained in hand to hand combat and able to think on her feet, she’s a great asset to her team when a fight breaks out. Though with her temper sometimes undercover missions are her biggest challenge when she sees injustice towards kids. Be it they’re being forced to enter a science fair against their will, or eat broccoli, she won’t stand it! A closet rainbow monkey fan, she’ll never admit to enjoying anything girly, and anyone who finds out is in trouble.

Shino: At first glance Shino is the kind of kid who the KND was worried about joining their ranks. Quiet, polite, and openly admiring his father made them wonder if he wouldn’t strike an alliance with the Delightful Children from Down the Lane and betray them. But this misjudgment is just what global Kids Next Door command is counting on. Shino is one of their best undercover agents and his quiet and respectful nature puts adults more at ease to reveal insidious plots around him. While he is very skilled in hand to hand combat as well, he’s more a strategist and so far his plans have the highest rate of success in the organization.

How did Shino and Tenten wind up together? Global Kids next door were hearing rumors about Father plotting to use a mind control device, but instead of kids, they were targeting good adults. Figuring that more damage could be done if parents who genuinely enjoyed their children and wanted them to be free became evil oppressive vegetable, homework, over achieving to a painful degree parents. The KND knew they needed to stop this before anything happened and so they sent Shino to sector G where he would meet with his partner Tenten. Together they would infiltrate Father’s home and put a stop to the mind control plot before he had a chance to use it. Through it all, they find themselves drawn to each other in a way that could only be described as ‘The Crush’. Even realizing this, and in Shino’s case a possible contraction of cooties, they found they made a great team and though more mishaps happened in this mission than any other, not only did they stop the plot, but they blew up the top floor of Father’s house with a confetti bomb.

With this success KND command has decided to assign Shino to Sector G as a possible temporary permanent operative. Now that this is happening, Shino and Tenten have no choice but to face the fact that they are in fact feeling effects of ‘The Crush’.

I didn't even read the write up and my first thoughts we "KND!" I think it shows how well you grasped the inherent style of that cartoon. Lovely job :D

You have a real talent for keeping characters in character, no matter what age they are, or what universe they happen to be in.

I love how you placed Shino and Tenten into the KND universe. They are perfectly in character, and not only for themselves, but for being KND operitives as well! Suffering from "The Crush" indeed. XD

You also are great at the KND style. It's not exactly an easy style to replicate, and you translated some complex character designs into it very well. Not to mention JUST ADORABLE.

:XD: Thank you! I love thinking outside of the box and seeing what I can come up with. As the old saying goes: normal scares me. :XD: a real animated KND and naruto crossover would be freaking awesome!

Thank you! ^_^ I'm glad you like them.

KND is awesome! It's a show that's only a few years old now and basically about highly trained ten year olds fighting adults and their evil ways. Sounds kinda silly, but it's how they do it that's awesome. I totally recommend looking them up or if you can finding the episodes online. And if you find them online, let me know where. :XD: I've been looking forever.
