HSV: Anyone Know a Locksmith?

Set sometime after Eita lost his eye and had a rather brutal fight for survival. He's not letting anything stop him though and even with only one eye he's going to break through the locks to get what he needs. Judging from the bandages I'm going to say I bet this is before he's one hundred percent healed, but he's pretty determined to come back swinging.

This was another piece where I got to experiment a bit with some different shading techniques as well as lighting. I'm trying to push the highlights and shadows more, and the only way to get better is to try different things. I'm thinking for pieces I do more painting on, I wonder if starting with lighter base colors and building up would be better? At the very least for the darker parts of the picture like his clothes. I don't like that the details of his clothes got kind of lost, playing with the shadows and I know I need to work with how shadows are cast on the wall and surroundings as well. Overall though I had fun and I liked playing with the highlights more. Anyways! *self critique over*
